I listened to Shawn Achor back in 2008 when he was the keynote speaker at a conference; I had the opportunity to have lunch with him then. He not only was a congenial fellow and gave an outstanding presentation, but he also has a terrific book—The Happiness Advantage. Give it a read to learn more about his seven principles:
